Cancellation/Refund Policy
Jyothi Naturals believes & will help its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made WITHIN 12HRS of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be granted if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have INITIATED the process of shipping them.
No cancellations are granted for those products that Jyothi Naturals has obtained ON special occasions like religious festivals etc.. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are NOT POSSIBLE.
In case of receival of damaged or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please report the same to customersupport@jyothinaturals.com or WhatsApp us at +916301469309 with a photo of the products and a video of opening the parcel. The request will, however, be granted once we have checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported WITHIN 1 day of receival of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of Jyothi Naturals by using the contact details in the contact page WITHIN 24HRS of receiving the product. Jyothi Naturals, after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate and fair decision.
Refund Policy
Orders delivered & accepted by the customer CANNOT BE REFUNDED. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact us immediately WITHIN 12HRS. If the mismatch is accepted by Jyothi Naturals, the refund will be initiated that will take 7-15 business days to process.
Jyothi Naturals is responsible only AFTER the payment is received. Sometimes the errors might occur at the payment gateway. Any payment issues and its failures are NOT in Jyothi Naturals reach. The payment gateway companies usually process the refund within 7-15 days.
Once the refund is initiated from Jyothi Naturals or the Payment gateway, the receipt is in the customer Bank / UPI / Credit Card purview. We DO NOT have any visibility of the status at the bank end.
